I would like to build a bridge matchmaking web site for the people looking for a bridge partner, in Turkey.
It will be a free & simple web site, not a business. So, I am looking to keep building & maintenance costs as low as possible.
Requirements:
1. It will be in Turkish. (I can handle the Turkish part.)
2. Is it possible to do it in blogspot, wordpress or in a similar (free) web site? You can see current draft (in Turkish) at http://bricpartneri.blogspot.com/
3. Users will enter their data according to 5-6 criterias. And/or they will search for a suitable bridge partner(s) according to same criterias. Then they will communicate via e-mails and play in the bridge tournaments.
4. It should be a really very simple and yet functional web site.
Questions:
1. Can I do it by myself? (I have no experience at all). Any templates or suggestions that I can use?
2. Assuming that I cannot do it, what will be cost to build it? And how much time it will take? Process?
