So the website will be in a similar colour theme to the above and will have a similar menu system to that site I showed you, except I don’t like how the animation works on that site, I would prefer more like http://www.giftrocket.com/ where when your mouse is over a link the icon gets bigger.
I do not need the pages written, nor the images and text placed, I can do that myself. I only need the menu and basic template. The menu options at the top will be;

Where you see “>>” it is a drop down menu (as on the site link at the top) and each one will open up in the frame below. I would like, if possible, the top frame to remain there and not reload every time you open a new page.
The only pages I need you to write are the general frameset with menu, the portfolio pages (Wedding/Engagement/Commercial – which will all be the same system with different photos), an enquiry/contact form and the slideshow system for the portfolio pages. I am currently having someone else on Scriptlance create me three logos, the first similar to http://eu.fotolia.com/id/15998404 will be the logo on the main page, the second will be similar and I will use somewhere else on the site and the third will be similar to this http://eu.fotolia.com/id/2204090?by=serie except his fingers wont obstruct the frame. What I would like is for the photos to appear INSIDE the frame and for the thumbnails to appear in a film real like this http://eu.fotolia.com/id/4434933 below it. I will provide the images for this (including the real).
So basically, it’s the menu system, the slideshow system and a client proofing area.
—Client Proofing Area—
There must be a login page with a password each client will be given (no username).
There must be a back-end admin page to add new clients and delete old ones.
When you add a client it will create a folder for them and when they login, display all images in that folder.
It must use the photo viewing system from the portfolios, i.e. film reel below and photo frame above, the only difference is that here, it needs to have some way of selecting the image and a “send selection” button that e-mails it to me, I am happy to hear ANY ideas on how you think it could work better. This is the basic concept http://www.picturespro.com/photocart6/index.php?do=photocart&viewGallery=10003#page=1 except I don’t want to load the images in a new frame each time.
So client will login, client can see their thumbnails in the photo reel and when they select one it loads in the frame, if they like it they can click “add to selection” and at the end they can send their selection to me by email by clicking “approve selection”. Once you have selected an image, you should also have an option to “remove from selection”.
