This website will need to have a disclosure pop up when someone goes to the page. They will have to “AGREE” or “DISAGREE” to get into the page.
There will also need to be a page on the site where a person will have to register to get past the page they are on and further into the site. The first few pages will NOT have to have this registration function but this registration function will have to occur at some point if the visitor wants more info.
You will need to be VERY graphically capable for this project. I have very definite ideas of how I want it to look.
I need it done in a format that I can make changes to the site easily once it is done. JOOMLA or something very similar and easy to edit, make changes to, etc.
I had awarded this bid to someone else and they got started straight away on it but I have not heard anything from them in over a week. I have sent them many emails but as of late, not heard anything so I am reposting this.
