I am looking to have a website built. I want to pull mugshots from florida county arrest records and post them on the website. I will then offer a removal service for $39.00 USD to have mugshots removed from website
I am looking for something similar to this site:

For example in tampa bay this website lists how many are arrested witht heir arrest information
http://www.mugshotsgainesville.com/
So basically I would want the site to pull in all the recent arrests in Florida listed by county then store in a database where if they pay we can remove the page and cache.
Please let me know if this can be done and how soon
