I need a programmer to develop an application that allows users to sign up and send to their email subscribers.
It should have the following functionality:
1) Manage contacts (add, remove, edit)
2) Create and send emails (both template and HTML and on a schedule)
3) Reporting and Analytics (bounces, delivered, etc)
4) Should have an API
5) Should have a billing/invoicing area to see invoices and make payments
6) Look and feel Web 2.0
7) Sign up forms for subscribers (modify profile, etc)
It should have plans that are based on the number of subscribers:
0-500 subscribers is X per month, etc

The database to store subscribers and reporting data should leverage Amazons AWS, if possible.
