Need someone with strong php/mysql skills to develop a system that has admin, publisher, and advertiser logins.
Advertisers will be able to pay for clicks from publishers and set a few basic filters (such as how many clicks per day they will accept)
Publishers will be able to send clicks and will make a lower amount than what we charge the advertisers for clicks.
Admin area will allow setting of campaigns and a few other functions. There will also need to be post-back and pixel tracking to help advertisers track their conversion rates.
