+ All links must be from indexable by googlebot (no pages with robots.txt restrictions)
+ Links should not be from framed pages or cloaked pages
+ Link must not reside on a page with more than 25 outbound links
+ PR3 content link pages (actual PR of the content linking page, not main page)
+ at least 10 PR4 pages
+ All links must be from topically relevant Spanish developed sites
+ Preferably business/jobs related sites
We will provide 20-35 different keyword phrases, links should include the target keywords or key phrases as a title tag on the text hyperlink.

+ No porn
+ No political
+ No religius or any illegal sites
Important:
Links must be submitted on a staggered deployment basis to avoid google penalties:
+Don’t place all links at once
+No hidden links
+No text to mention links are paid links
We reserve the right to reject sites that do not meet our terms and will require you to add suitable replacement links instead
You will provide in excel format the site URL, link url, IP address, Google PR, and country for each site you have added a link to.
We must review and approve your sites before payment.
