Financial calculator widget on webpage to calculate 3 major sections (1) AAA, (2) BBB, (3) CCC

Functionality:
1. 3 Sections (instead of 19-in-1) > Followed by Step-by-step > Results in numbers & simple-English as per example widget.
2. “Next” ,”Back” tabs, with error message for compulsory, uncompleted fields, sections
3. “?” for comments on items that need some explanation
4. Results to be made unable to select and copy. Instead user can click on email icon to get a copy. In the email, code bcc to a designated email capture. or suggest other ways to capture database.
5. Calculator can be made embeddable with script to restrict changes to point of origination(me).
6. Able to be stripped separately to be embeded: http://www.mortgageloan.com/widgets/#tool-num-14
7. Script should contain ability to trace which website is using the embedded code. In the future to develop payment gateways to track usage payment or annual subscription for usage.
Programmers should be familiar with where to get plugins/formulas for time value calculations like PV, PMT, FV, RATE etc.
Programming technology need to be familiar with FLEX, and have done similar calculator widgets in terms of layouts.
