Quick & Easy Fixes To Our .htaccess File

***
Attached is an easier-to-read, formatted version (some bolds, etc)

3 should-be-easy code fixes to a single .htaccess file:

host server = Windows IIS 7

Need these 3 items fixed or added to my .htaccess. On receipt and verification of code fixes, will release funds in full:

1) IP BLOCKS (“deny from…”) code is not working. I have the code already except not being recognized for some reason. Am new to .htaccess.

2) Fix / add snippet to DROP (not require) the “.htm” and “.html” EXTENSIONS on all files (I have provided some suggestions I found online–you can totally replace them if you want).

Misc considerations
–One of our .html is the home page, coded as index.html so obviously need to be careful etc.

–We don’t want a solution that requires that we change all of our links within every page to “absolute” links. For example, if a link shows as “/page1.html” in the source now, we don’t want to have to change that code to “http://www.domain.com/page1.html”. I’m sure this will be easy or moot point.

3) VERIFY that our X-ROBOTS tag is coded properly so that NONE of the following get indexed BUT … all of them get crawled (of course!):

ALL .txt files (eg robots.txt, urrlist.txt)
.xml files (eg sitemap.xml)

In other words none of those files will THEMSELVES be indexed (example: robots.txt, urllist.txt, sitemap.xml) and must not show up in SERPs…BUT they must obviously be crawled.
