The spreadsheet needs to be compatible with Excel 2003, as this is the standard on work machines. So the sheet needs to be supported by scripting or macro.
The spreadsheet is designed to compare several sourcing models (Options) against Capabilities.
The user compares a capability against an option a drop down list asks then to choose from three options (example Green Amber Red). When the user selects the option the cell changes (conditional formatting) to the colour selected.
I would like the ranking of the options to change automatically. As an example if Red = 0, Amber = 1 and Green = 2, in Column B “No Change”, has a large number of Red & Green compared to the other columns shows Rank 1 in the bottom cell.
Tha table then needs tidying up in the theme colour of RED.
Should be less than 10 mins work for an expert,
