I have an existing website with a basic css design here:

I want that same basic design on the script that I have installed here:
http://www.shoppergems.com/answers/
The answers script above has some template files, and uses “smarty” in the template code.
So I need someone comfortable with working with css and smarty.
The script template should be stretchable like the current main site template, and should work with the main web browsers like the main site template.
