You need experience working with Gravity Forms premium WordPress plugin to do this job. Please don’t apply if you are not familiar with Gravity Forms already.
I need a plugin for Gravity Forms that will add some functionality for scheduling posts from form submits.
The functionality I need is already in a free plugin called TDO Mini Forms, here is a screenshot of the function I need:

It works like this:
1. Gravity Form is used to add a WordPress post.
2. Post is scheduled for X seconds after the last scheduled post already in queue.
3. X seconds can be set in a settings page in wp-admin
