This is a portal for a new startup.
Programming must be in PHP and MySQL will be used as DB
the Portal has two target groups which want to come into contact with eachother.Features:- Search by specifications (including geosearch using google maps api)- Messaging between groups- Profile management- Monetization (users can buy package to see contact details of other members)- payment-partners: payPal, Facebook (fb-credits)- facebook integration (not just fb-connect but implementation as iframe within facebook)- outside of facebook normal webportal but with facebook connectMore details will be provided to interested contractors.
When it works out financially there will be follow ups
Use existing cms when possible instead of reinventing the wheel.
The code will be our property and stored in our svn or git.
The code must not be used for any other project or reused.
