I would prefer PRESTASHOP open source number of products can be 100 to 10000 to start with , all steps from seller registration for product posting to buyer interface to bid or to buy and final check out Paypal.I would like cross product selling on each product page.
I would like to offer 5 ways for the customer to buy or interact
1-Buy now
2-Bid now Auction by posting a bid a certain time with email alert
3-Group now, Join a purchase group to leverage buying power for a certain period of time T set per product number of days, so customer X1 would select a quantity Y1 then the customer X2 would do the same and qty Y1 and Y2 would add up and the vendor-seller would post a price after time T is finished base on the presell qty registered.
4-Quote now,Get an official quote from the vendor-sellers for a certain X quantity, shopping cart is email to the contact person who can send a quote. Contact information needs to be register.It should be done automatically and emaile able to multiple email address, 2 or 3 at least.
5-Custom request for a quote RFQ now,Customer to post his requirements to received a quote from the vendor-seller in a certain time matter
The vendor-sellers would have a access to upload the product description, images, prices,pdf, etc
The register vendor-Seller should have a max of 10 products that he can post for free then a monthly fee of X amount.

7-A choice of 1,2,3,4,5 related product that could be display on the same page from the same seller company
8-be able to input a custom request that can be send directly to them
9-Warranty
9a-Return policy
10-Lead-time or stock level
11-Bid time deadline
At the back office: I will need the contact information of the sellers, phone number, email, websites, price of the lowest acceptable bid, paypal information or other method of payment
