WordPress Plugin (text widget)
Plugin must pull tip sequentially from a text file on the server, and load a new tip each day. Must work with less than 365 tips. Prefer it to cycle through all tips and start back at the beginning.

The text file must be easy for client to update, prefer if data is separate from programming.
