I need someone who is very good in designing layouts in PSD, and then converting them to HTML.
I just need layout to look really professional and neat. Examples for clean layouts are:

I will need the layout done very nicely and professionally. I will also need designer to change small icons and layouts that we currently have.
I have attached sample layout of how site homepage will look, this itself will have to be changed and upgraded and maybe about 5 pages more of layouts.
