We are looking for a programmer to create an Android App that will allow users to:
– Underline text in PDF Documents
– Highlight items in PDF documents with different coloured markers
– Create sticky notes in PDF documents
– Freehand draw on PDF documents
– choose different thickness and colours for the writing
The user will then be able to save this modified PDF.
There is a similar pdf annotation app in the Andorid market place which has the desired features I require.

We will use scriptlance escrow and deposit a portion of the project to get started. We will then pay as agreed milestones are reached.
Working samples will need to work on our test phone which is currently a HTC Hero. Although it should work on other smartphones running android 2.1 or better.
