The theme I would like to use is Twenty Ten 1.2 by the WordPress team
I have a host with cpanel, and need a wordpress blog with 4 main pages: Home (sales page), Blog, Free Report, and Contact. I will also require some backend pages. I basically need just the layout.
1) The home/sales page won’t require any input of information, that will be done by me. The backend page for this will be the confirm* page. It will send the customer my ebook upon purchasing, they will receive an email receipt, along with a username and password for the (backend) membership page*, as well as a confirm link for awebber autoresponder. No sidebar should be on this page. Only the blog. I will need a comment plugin at the bottom of this page, along with plugin “comment relish”, and “subscribe to comments”
The membership page can be left blank, I can fill in the details. I just need the user/pass fields and “enter” button to work – to redirect to the membership page.
2) The blog page will have a sidebar – at the top of the sidebar should be an opt-in box for the free newsletter. under that will be the facebook like box, and under that a link to my product page, and under that a login screen for the membership page.

3) The free report page will have a headline and description which I will wright myself, but I will need you to create an opt-in box . This opt-in box will be different than the one on the confirm page, so a second opt in/mailing list will need to be created. Once they have opted in, it will need to redirect them to another backend page – the free download – thank you page. This page will contain the download link for the ebook.
4) Contact page – no input of info necessary
