What is the purpose on this site

This is a small film and production company and we are looking for a creative way to get auditions from many corners of the world and to be able to weed through all the videos at a quick pace and create a community around the film including more fans on FB, Twitter and other sites.
Project overview

An independent film www.gunrunnerbillykane.com is looking to create a voting site for people’s audition video that they upload to YouTube.
Oprah’s OWN show competition is almost a match to what we are trying to accomplish. … http://myown.oprah.com/audition/index.html
1. The participates need to register to participate.
2. All directions and script is located on site.
3. Then they will create a video and upload video to YouTube.
4. Once participates have file address of video they will
return to our site where they will add the video address
to their profile.
5. A video voting page will be create from the database.
6. They will tell all there friends on facebook, twitter, etc
to vote for them.
7. All voters will need to register, they have the option of
using their facebook login.
8. The votes will tally in the database.

* Oprah’s site also has a community page for each person who registers for the site
* I’m not sure if this can be create in WordPress or if there is some plugs-ins for this.
