We are a pizza restaurant with dine-in, pick-up and delivery. We already have an online ordering system in place but are looking to replace it. We would like a grubhub.com functionality and user experience, with the ability to take CC payments and send orders to our store via email, which is automatically printed and requires a confirmation number from the clerk. We have a very extensive menu with a lot of customization available. We also need this to be maintained and updated by the restaurant staff, so some training might be necessary. CRM functionality is also required, with the ability to have a ticket system, coupons and email marketing.
