We are a hobby website called Strolen’s Citadel (strolen.com) looking for a fantasy style logo/header redesign and a set of icons that will be the catalyst to a new webpage design.
I don’t want anything cartoony but, other than that, there are no real graphic style concerns or color requirements. We like the current colors of the overall site but have absolutely no requirement to stay with them. Looking for a fresh, updated logo with some color and style.
Requests for the logo:
Would like something with a Citadel/Medieval Tower in it.
If “Strolen’s Citadel” and “Read Post Play” can be incorporated in logo while still allowing the logo able to stand alone, that would be a great bonus.
Would like it to be usable on gray scale printed materials and at a smaller size.
Icons (request 150px by 150px and scalable to smaller) needed to represent the following:

Items (weapons)
Lifeforms (creatures/monsters)

Characters
Plots (Scenarios)
Societies
Systems (game mechanics)
