I want website like delivery/gomobo.com in multi languages.
There are three kinds of account
1. Restaurant = Restaurant Owner Log In Account
2. Customer = Customer Log In Account
3. Admin = Website Admin Log In Account
Zip code DB, SSN verification, SMS generating, and Payment Gateway Module to be provided by me.

Restaurant owners must activate their account by clicking button at their log in page every morning to start receiving orders. It stops receiving orders when preset business times is up. They must be able to view live orders without refreshing their account page.
When new order received, restaurant account beeps and test message sent out to both restaurant owner and customer.
2~4 differnt languages to be used. After approval of design, I’ll modify language part and send it back to you for coding.
