• If you are too busy with other projects and are applying for this one out of sheer excitement, then kindly be honest to yourself and retract your bid. We have enough experience to determine who can become a successful vendor and who cannot
• If you are wanting any upfront payment on any of our projects, kindly never apply on any of our projects
• After we award the project, you must be available online using instant messengers and via phone for daily communication. If this is something you cannot comply with, kindly don’t bother us
• You need to clearly define dates/times for updates and what you will show and meet them. Failing to do so can result in immediate termination of the contract
• You can work on your server or ours based on your preference
• We encountered several unprofessional providers that do half work and claim it as completed or ask us to make payments out of favor after completing a milestone. If you have such a tendency, don’t bother us and waste our time and yours
• We are a serious buyer looking for reliable providers that can work in a timely, cost-efficient and professional manner
• You agree by participating in the bid that we hold right to terminate contract during any stage if your work is not upto mark, you fail to deliver updates on time or you stop communicating
• We successfully completed some projects here and paid to providers on time because they met all our expectations. But we are still looking for providers that can join our group and prove to be resourceful as we are receiving a lot of projects through our marketing efforts and channels in US and elsewhere.
• We post 5-10 projects per day on an average and hire our vendor on 1st come 1st serve basis
. Because we are sub-contracting our customer projects, we won’t deposit escrow from our pocket for any project that is valued under 500 USD. For any project thats valued above 500 USD, we will deposit 25% payment to begin with and rest in milestones and will release payments in milestones after acquiring source files and verifying them to be authentic. No counter offers or negotiations will take place and we will reject anyone’s proposal who goes against our terms..
Working on our projects will save your marketing cost, time and you will have a great opportunity to design and build 100s of sites in future.
We are not one of those customers who promise a lot of work and disappear. We have genuine work available and want to work with providers that agree to JOIN our group on our TERMS and CONDITIONS.

If you do a good job on 1st project, we will keep giving projects to us and our quality analysis team will look at several aspects such as communication, updates, cost, meeting deadlines, overall involvement with the project and many other factors to decide if you can be one of our trusted and top vendors.
We are also in the phase of designing our website’s home page and once thats done, we will build a large scale website that will have more than 200 pages and this will imply a lot of work for designing, coding, database and much more.
