I run a promotions company and am looking to add a new service on. We have recently purchased a shortcode from CSSA and need an application to implement a mobile phone advertising service. I attached the name of a service/website that I want our service to emulate. This should be a php based site. If you want to base it on an existing CMS platform such as Joomla or wordpress this is possible as well, I’m open to discussion.
