I have a client who is a wholesale telephone distributor. They send fields reps to stores and supply phones to these stores on a consignment basis (supply merchandise now, receive payment on sale). They need to track the phones they leave at a store and then when they come back, perform an inventory of what has sold and bill for those units. Client wants a scrolling list of available phones to check off. Then wants to bluetooth print a receipt of the sales order when delivering phones, as well as a printed bill when they return and perform a physical count of merchandise. They are currently doing this via cumbersome excel spreadsheets. They want to be able to do this on an iPad2 and have that iPad store the data to be synced once it is brought back into the office with a main tracking application.
