Looking for someone who can customize Kubelance
Need:
1. Completely customized site that does not appear like a Kubelance site
2. Set up categories and rules
3. Add zip codes and proximity search
4. Anyone can join to be a buyer, but members accepting projects must be approved in admin
5. buyers can choose order page and select exactly the features they want for “buy it now” projects
6. “buy it now” projects can be accepted immediately, no bidding required, on specific projects
7. members notified by email of new projects within their zip code radius
8. project emails to members will contain detailed information about project
9. members can accept project through link within email or by login to site
10. Visitors can see all projects available, but only logged in members can see prices or button to accept projects
11. members will upload files when finished, and buyers or admin can download
12. buyers click to approve of finished files, in admin it shows buyer has approved
13. email notifications for everything, when project posted, when project accepted, when project is finished, when member uploads files, etc
14. buyers can leave anonymous feedback for member that did project within XX days
15. payments for projects will be done through Paypal API, programmer must be expert with Paypal
16. some sort of ticketing system if it is not included within Kubelance
This project needs to be up and running within 1 month. There will be a set calender when certain aspects of the website need to be done and working by so I need someone that is available 7 days a week, no lengthy vacations. It is also preferable if you are available during US business hours to make communication easier.
