Countdown Timer Not Function Properly

Now the countdown timer won’t reset when the bid place on “Going Once” and “Going Twice”.

The timer countdown from 00:03> 00:02 > Going Once > Going Twice > Ended

You can make the timer from 00:03> 00:02> 00:01> Ended

I want to it to be fixed now.
