I am on a limited budget on this one so the person that can provide the best service at the best price will probably be the winner.
CSS3 font-replacement should be used (Myriad Pro, please have the font already)
Left column should be widgetized so on other pages, I can add stuff additional to the Contact Form
Left contact form must work (fields and submit should brighten up by 20% during hover)
Content area on homepage – the 3 main buttons must hover states (FB one)
