I need immediately an online word counter for uploaded files.

The User uploads his document and sees the word count of his document.
The word counter should support these formats:
Microsoft Word (.doc, .docx), Rich text format (.rtf), Plain text (.txt), Adobe Acrobat PDF (.pdf), Open Office (.odt), PowerPoint (.ppt)., Excel (.xls, .xlsx)
