I need a custom wordpress “order form” plugin made. Please see the attached document for my website address. There is a form on the page so you can get a better idea of exactly what I need. (current form is not functional)
The wordpress plugin will need to give me the ability to edit packages and pricing, and be integrated with Paypal, Plimus, and 2checkout.
The pricing should change (increase a set amount or percent) if a customer selects a category or a certain country. e.g. – US traffic, category – Automotive.
