We are currently using the paid version of google apps $50/person at our company. All of our email comes through gmail and in the past we had it update MS Office Outlook 2007. We recently migrated our CRM to zoho CRM and used their Mail Add On. When we implemented the Mail Add on, the emails began to populate zoho and gmail but not MS Outlook. When we asked zoho the question they said a setting needs to be changes in google apps because the default is to let the emails reside only in two locations (MS Outlook and gmail) or (zoho and gmail). We would like the settings to be changed that would allow us to view emails in zoho, MS Outlook and gmail.
I am looking for someone who is very familiar with google apps and can make this change for us.
