below each article a comment box…. so users can discuss the article…
Home page : with the 6 of the latest uploads to always be shown on top.. little icons once clicked on and article viewed with discussion box under it
also a calendar which will mark dates of events…
* a section to upload voice memos by admin only….
* Also a notify me button…. where a list of emails will be compiled and every time when there is a new upload an email will be sent out to them…

contact admin- – with a few forms that we will provide the codes for
– one form will need to be designed by yourself called
“submit your contacts” very much like an excel sheet with columns of
name , number, email , address , ref…. with at least 100 rows to follow after it… (it is not mandatory to fill every row)
all data collected should be listed in a database collectively with admin only…
entries should not be stored per form but all the data should be collectively in one table;
so if 5 submit contact forms were submitted.. the numbers of all should appear collectively to admin… and not as five separate forms with sub data in them
