We would like a Top Graphic/Web Designer to redesign the skin of our website. We are a Graphic Design / Web Design Agency but we do not have the time to redesign our website skin. Please have a look at the attachment to get the full brief for the job/project.
We would like you to at least supply us with one rough design per bid.
Only bids with a rough proposal will be looked at. Only Developers with credentials will be considered for the project.
If you have any bad referrals or ratings I will not even consider your bid.
