The project is to develop an image manipulation application. See “PTGui”-dot-com for a rough idea of what we require.
Development will be done in stages. This project is for the alpha version.
General project details:
1. We require a complete and fully-functional working program in executable form, as well as complete source code of all work done (so that we may modify it in the future).
2. Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition for both MAC (OS X 10.4 or later) and Windows XP, Vista and 7 (32 and 64 bit versions).
3. A software installation package that will install the application in ready-to-run condition must be included.
4. All deliverables will be considered “work made for hire” under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
5. No part of the deliverable may contain any copyright restricted third-party components (including GPL, GNU, Copyleft, etc) unless all copyright ramifications are fully explained AND AGREED TO by the Buyer in advance.
