Im looking for someone to build a custom solution for me which is virtually the same as this tool: – http://www.label-worx.com/promomanager – I do not require the site to be developed in Flash!
The goal behind it is to send out record label releases to big name djs as a promo, for them to leave feedback after they have listened to the tracks and then be able to download the tracks.
The whole site needs to be secure, including the download urls so they cannot be leaked.
