In the future, an integration of online learning/tutoring features like www.buddyschool.com will be considered too.
Firm requirements:
1. Must be based a PHP framework for easy updating and modifications.
2. Must be able to handle Paypal and offline mode payment.
3. All source code and grahpic design to be transfer to me.
4. Initial 3 months or more online email / skype support
