I have 3 task here and I would like a quote for each one seperate and a quote all together….
•Design a creative (AD) and or mobile application with WAP push/pull capabilities…that can be delivered via a proximity blutooth device..(deliver an ad that has an additional call to action or clickable link to a WAP site.
•Design a creative with an SMS call to action to build a mobile subscriber list and deliver another layer of content and functionality. Not to mention the added opt-in permissions.
• And Finally, I need to someone who can create a website that will properly worked on all (most) mobile phones! The ideal design and structure of the site should properly load on smart-phones and other phone devices which may not have full web capabilities (WAP). The site would have to have several ways to make money with ads and other things.
Please respond to this ad with some ideas to what you can do based on what I am requesting,…. Please provide BID, time frame and your plan of execution.
