I need it to be designed as well. I have the basic concept. I need a freelancer that does not waste time. Communication is key. If I sense a lack of communication you will be fired. No money will be put in escrow. You will be paid in 2 steps. First Programming. Then design. You must have everything complete program wise. I want it to be fully usable.
