Dear Sir or Madam,
We are looking for a qualified freelancer or company for skinning our Social Engine (V4). SE will include some addons, like forum, classifieds, events, and some additional “handwritten” contenpages/miniplugins.
Your job would be only HTML/CSS/JS skinning of the SE, no PHP coding. You will receive the designs as PSD for all main pages, subpages can simply use the adapted the design of mainpages.
Since we are an startup company, we cannot afford paying huge amounts, unfortunately. Therefore we are looking primarily for companies from India, Pakistan and Eastern Europe.
Deadline will be around 1 month for completing all designing stuff.
MUST-HAVE: At least 1 templating done for SE (reference has to be shown)
