I need someone to write a script for simple image rotation. I am using SMF (SimpleMachine Forums) and have three logo images that I want to rotate from one image to the other every hour. I have heard that using php seems to slow down the sites loading speed so I would prefer the code in HTML or javascript and any css that may also be involved.From what I understand there is only one main file (index.template) that needs to be altered and possible the css file as well.
Once finished you must be able to explain what code was added and where so I can implement the same functions on another site later.
Winning bidder will have access to ftp and files. Not much budget to work with so please keep it real when bidding.
