This module that I need, is for the special clients. To all those special clients I send an excel file with the new products that are coming, they can choose all those products before those are uploaded to the website.
The process is here:
First I send the file to the clients with some data hidden (I just show them the code, the pic and the group that is the price)
Then the client send me that same excel file with the quantity that they want per model.
After that I get all the orders together and check if they have ordered more than the quantity that I will receive, If it is like that I will reduce the order from some clients, SO WHEN PUTTING ALL THE ORDERS TOGETHER I HAVE TO BE ABLE TO MODIFY THEIR ORDER QUANTITIES.
With the rings and chains it is something special because those they have to choose the model and the size each model, I only show them the available sizes that I will receive.
I also put a begining date that they can begin chosing the product and a limit date when they can not choose anymore, so I supose that I only have to send the link to them so that they can access or something like that.
