this site is to be a IT search portal for IT equipment quotes and service jobs.
we have already implemented the back-end data management and Google mapping & proximity search functions as per current page (plus lots of additional search and other functionality in admin side)
now, eg, we want to add a ‘getaquote’ function and a ‘findaserviceagent’ functions
with featured ads and other features/articlesw/rss feeds as per example site
but with easier to understand and use inteface, and blended with existing extra sam search functionality such as proximity search etc
but keeping/adding all/most of other add-on features/functions that page has

to expand in case it wasn’t clear ..
i want a new front end to sit in front of existing ../sam page but using all its existing mapping function and db back-end
it should have all/most the functionality as per business.com.au page
but we want to enjance their search function and integrate with oyr EXISTING search & mapping functions
ONE – to be able to search service agents by proximity and service category and send service/quote request/s, and,
TWO – to search by proximity and IT product category and request a quote/s from various resellers based on search
if you design your own page, be prepared for me to say that it needs to be better designed, or be easier to use, or is missing functionality in sam or in business.com.au
i think the business.com.au site looks quite nice but need to be more obvious & easier how to use and enhanced to suit our enhanced functionality .
AND I DO NOT WANT QUESTIONS AFTER YOU GET PROJECT “OH DO WE (REALLY) HAVE TO ADD THAT FUNCTION?”
