I am in need of a website structure with plugins (I will be designing and styling the site myself, so this is NOT for a design/style, just the setup, & integration).
* PLEASE NOTE: Some of the following can be done with plugins, some of which are commercial. If they are commercial, please note on the PMB, the cost of the plugins you want to use, since I will be buying them separately from your services. For example, if the plugins cost $100, please note that in the PMB. Only bid what your services will cost.
I will be using WordPress as my base. Attached is the design that I will be implementing.
I want the following:
* Membership plugin – I want agents to be able to sign up for a year membership and give them the ability to add as many listings as they want
* Listings – The ability to add/edit/delete, upload images, etc. Also the ability to search by region/price, etc.
* bbPress – Access only to members
* Slider on Front Page of “featured” properties. They will be selected by the admin (perhaps a checkbox on the listing?)
* Slider at bottom of the index page with pic and link to agents (see attached image)
* Search at the top nav to have a jquery drop-down with a simple search
Some most of this stuff is off-the-shelf, I’m not anticipating this to me than a couple of days work, or less. I will need customization of the aspects of the site as development progresses, so if you are fair with me I will work with you further.
I am considering buying a premium theme to customize. If you have any recommendations, please let me know.
