We have www.osticket.com installed but it is not working properly and we therefore need someone to have a look at the error as to why we are not receiving emails to the osticket admin panel. It must be a setting in the osticket system that is wrong or the cron for fetching emails does not work as it should.
Alternatively you can recommend and install another free ticketing system that captures emails sent by others to one email address.
