I have a site developed in Codeigniter 2.0, i need an programmer to fix bugs after upgrading to stable CI 2.0and add a few enhancements.

i have indexes with utf8 alphabets which donot work with new ci 2 stable but worked with ci 2.0 beta, only change is system/core/unicode.php was changed to system/core/utf8.php
Need:
1. create pdf from dynamically generated pages
2. Typography :add stylized fonts for punjabi/hindi/phonetic english/ english ,these are 4 default languages, want to give user to option to choose different fonts with a font preference page or on the fly
3 configure mobile site script
4 dynamically manage css/js…combine css/js/ files and minify for yslow and pagespeed analysis
5. reconfigure email script to change reply address
