i have hired a freelancer and he did his job but the thing he didn’t do is that didn’t link the form. i will try it my self and it should not working i need it to be work.
some image changes in the footer.
and i add the mockup there please make sure it would view like same.
don’t be on my head to release the milestone just like other one and the work is not completed i will release escrow when i am satisfied i wasted my money already,

there are two files please see that u have to only delete and add these images thats it so not much work and in form u have to make it submit only. and on the right hand side images i gave u. u only replace that.
the images are provided by me.
