pplsnet.com is a startup by a single Systems Admin in Markham, Ontario.
I am now getting ready to offer all the different open source social networking clients out there (diaspora, status.net, appleseed,etc), in an easy to install Windows environment. right now, pplsnet.com offers decentralized hosting of wordpress and joomla!
I am at a stage, where I need a PHP developer partner to help with this project. Most of the work for this website was done with people here on scriptlance. I am willing to offer 20% ownership. (this is not a full time position).
We can ALSO offer your PHP skill sets to “local” customers as well. We have a website ready to offer your services, and I, will be the middle man for all the sales and communications.
Things that need to be done:
#1 Change website layout to have main menu location.
#2 setup a jQuery carousel with rotating icons: mostly implemented
#3 merge ALL CSS from the 3 individual components: phpbb3 wordpress and custom website
#4 modify some of the “query code”
#5 create a new registration function, that phpbb3 can use: existing is a modified phpbb3 registration system linked with the custom website
this custom website uses smarty php and xcache. You will not be expected to do this on your own. I am able to assist with installs, minor modifications, etc
The work is worth more than $300, but i’m only going to offer $200, to discourage those not looking for to partner in this venture. I will also be fedex a written agreement of ownership, along with a copy of the corporation.
