I have an attached image of a cartoon piggy running. Its perfect. But I need someone to re-create it bigger for me and also ADD a T-SHIRT that looks like the green/black stripped shirt with white collar attached in the picture. The next thing I need you to do is instead of adding shorts to the piggy. Simply add a flag belt like the kid is wearing in the attached image.
I made a sample piggy with the jersey and flag on to give you an idea. But I need your quality of update to be professional looking.
