I am in need of SLICING from PSD to coding for my personal portfolio to showcase designs to current and future clients. I am also looking to have a client portal to allow clients to login to a secure backend to discuss their project in a facebook “wall” post style.
AS OF YET THE DESIGN IS NOT 100% COMPLETE. UPON WINNING THE PROJECT I WILL PROVIDE THE FINAL DESIGN.
For the main site:
You may use any code to your preference along with a CMS. The code must be easy to read with descriptions/notes in it, along with a CMS. The CMS must be easy and quick to use to update news, services, and of course images/add need work to the page. Must have twitter integration to main page. All work must be valid and no errors. Must be to my likings and what I asked for.

For the Client Portal:
The Client Portal is a little more detailed due to what exactly I am looking for. The client portal section is a very simple design but requires it to be completely to my likings. It will serve as my main area of contact with the client eliminating such things as email as a of contact. Upon a new posting to the the portal it must email either the me or the client that a new message has been posted, linking them to the login section to view the update. It must allow them to update with pictures, post comments, and approve the design (upon approval it must notify me).
Also with the client dashboard I would like to include a section for them to update the clients information. When i click on their name I want to be able to view their profile with the clients information. Included on the right I am in in need of a billing area showing how much the client owes and an option to pay through paypal. (I need the ability to change that pricing)

Pretty self explanitory on what is needed but I must have the option to click the users to the right and deactive the account or view their current profile. Also must be able to create new clients.

Under the main dashboard it must show ALL projects whether they were finished/close or open. Open projects must appear on top first. It also must update showing new messages to the right of the dashboard, so I know when a new message has been entered by the client.
