We need to build and integrate street data (information) from multiple sources to create a geocoding database (like tiger) for west africa. In essence, you would reverse geocode to create the database
These resources include online maps whose API allow for grid-type request to build a database (obviously since they do not distribute the underlying database), as well as data paid data from routing companies (tom tom and the like) whose data are not in standard (or very friendly usable) format.
The resolution and specific long/lat coord. needed would be subsequently described.
This is part of a larger project, so it is expected that the expertise and timeliness would be the more important parts of the initial bid or notice of intent.
